CHIA'S MASSAGE TOOLS WAS BORN OF FRUSTRATION & PASSION
As a holistic practitioner, Christine couldn't find massage tools that met her standards for quality and design. What was available on the market was often poor quality, had boring packaging, and lacked instructions. She saw a need and decided to create her own. "How hard could it be?"
... Much harder than she thought! It took over a year of research and testing hundreds of tools from different factories before she found the right ones. There were many late nights, but in January 2019 the first CHIA tools finally launched!
Later that same year, she launched her first own design "Fascia Gua Sha" — and the results were so much better than she imagined. That sparked the creation of 20+ gua sha tools and rollers.

Holistic practitioner and founder of CHIA. I've been working with clients since 2007, helping them improve their health, reduce pain, release limiting beliefs, and reach their highest potential so they can live life fully with more joy, energy, and power.
I specialize in facial massage, TMJ, nervous system work, fascia, and women's health. I work with clients through treatments, coaching, private luxury retreats, online courses, and self-care with CHIA's massage tools.
Over the years, I've created my own treatment method, CHIA Method™ — a mix of my own techniques and the best I've learned from both Western and Eastern medicine.
I'm passionate about spreading knowledge. In 2018, I created my massage school to educate and coach skilled practitioners in new techniques and how to create real results, attract premium clients, get highly paid, and build a freedom-based business.
I've been featured in several magazines and invited as an expert to different events.
With 20+ certifications and hundreds of continued education courses, I'm constantly learning and growing my business.

What does shipping cost?
Within EU: 250 SEK (Approx. $25 USD)
Outside of EU: 299 SEK (Approx. $30 USD)
When will my package ship?
We usually ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated (e.g., during holidays). If your product is out of stock, we'll email you to find a solution.
What makes CHIA's tools different?
We value quality and don't buy the cheapest tools — we believe you get what you pay for. Quality costs a bit more, but in return you have products that last for years.
We work with carefully selected factories with good working conditions and high-quality crystals. Many crystal tools on the market are of inferior quality — made with chemicals and sometimes partially from plastic. It's also common for tools to be misshapen, discolored, and without instructions on how to use them.
CHIA's tools are custom-designed or carefully selected, always of the highest quality. The unique shapes with multiple angles mean each tool has more uses and delivers better results. Each tool is quality-checked, cleaned, and packed by us.
We have a local warehouse and never use dropshipping — the prices you see at checkout are final, no hidden fees.
CHIA is first and foremost an education company. Our mission is to help more people discover what massage with the right tools can do for health, skin, and wellbeing — not to make money on the latest trend.
Founder Christine has been a holistic practitioner since 2007 and has worked with massage tools since then. This means you can trust that every product we sell delivers results — both for professional treatments and self-care.
How do I care for my tool?
Wash with mild soap and water and dry with a soft towel. Store your tool in the included CHIA pouch or case.
Which oil is good for facial massage?
You need an oil that gives the right glide without being too thick or too thin.
We recommend M Picaut's Precious Oil — an anti-aging serum based on organic apricot kernel, jojoba, and sea buckthorn oils. The oil provides perfect glide for massage while being nourishing for the skin. Suitable for all skin types, especially dry, combination, and mature skin.
Tip: Apply a few drops to clean skin, massage in, and start your routine with CHIA's cups, gua sha, or rollers.
For Kansa Face Wands, you need a neutral, richer oil — we recommend Maria Åkerberg's organic jojoba oil.
How do I become a retailer of CHIA's massage tools?
Send an email to team@chiaholisticbeautymassage.com and tell us about yourself, your business, your clients, what treatments you perform, and how you plan to work with CHIA's tools, and we'll get back to you within 1-3 business days.
Please note that your first wholesale order needs to be at least $1,500 USD and you need to have taken/be taking at least one course with CHIA.
Do you offer courses on how to use the tools?
Absolutely! CHIA is primarily an education company. We offer courses ranging from beginner self-care techniques to professional practitioner training. Check our course page for current offerings.
Can I return my order?
We want you to love your CHIA tools! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products/ products that have not been used within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Skincare and oil products cannot be returned once opened (hygiene reasons)
- Digital courses and online content are non-refundable
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Damaged or defective products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at team@chiaholisticbeautymassage.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
